Uluwatu, Bukit Peninsula · Bali, Indonesia
A multi-stage destination development in one of South Bali's most prestigious resort enclaves.
Starting from ~IDR 1.7 billion (€95,000)
Iconic Living Resort, on the clifftop
Overview
Stage 1 under construction · sales open
Iconic Living Resort is planned as a multi-stage master development on the Bukit Peninsula, in the resort enclave near Bvlgari Resort Bali and the dramatic clifftop coastline of South Bali.
Manta Livin is the first stage: a collection of villas arranged around a central pool and pool bar, now under construction. Each stage keeps its own identity (Manta Livin by Iconic Estate) while being planned, engineered and delivered to one standard.
Location
Uluwatu sits at the southern tip of Bali, where limestone cliffs drop to the Indian Ocean. It is known for its surf breaks, clifftop sunsets, quiet beaches and some of the island’s most respected resorts.

Masterplan
Under construction · Sales open

In planning
Further stages of the master development are in planning, carrying the same architectural language: layered, curving terraces and sculptural façades. Details will be released as each stage is approved.

Architecture

Every building starts from a disciplined structural grid: repeatable spans, engineered details and a construction sequence planned before anything is built.

Over that grid sit the forms people remember: wave-form roofs, arched glazing and layered façades that soften the structure and belong in the landscape.

Deep terraces, shaded openings and planting that runs up to the walls. The architecture is designed around Bali's light, heat and outdoor living.
